Major Achievements

  • Developed and promoted the Life Story Writing Companion Program and narrative courses for older adults, supporting hundreds of seniors in completing their life stories and fostering intergenerational dialogue and psychological well-being. The program has been accredited under the Non-formal Education Programs Certification by National Taiwan Normal University, and received the Talent Quality-management System (TTQS) certification from the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor (Taiwan) in 2024. It was also recognized with the 2023 TiC100 Social Innovation Award and the 2023 PwC Taiwan Sustainability Impact Award (Special Prize).

  • Led the organization to achieve Asia’s first internationally verified Social Return on Investment (SROI = 5.41) in the field of family emotional education, certified by Social Value International. This work established a quantitative evaluation and impact measurement framework for family support services.

  • Proposed the Family Resilience Impact Bond (FRIB) model, integrating Social Impact Bonds (SIB) and Pay-for-Success mechanisms, to promote cross-sector collaboration among government, enterprises, and capital markets, and to advance family resilience as a preventive social investment approach.
